At Nailed It Developments Inc., we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange policy as follows:

Refunds

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

Returns

• If you would like to return a product, please contact us at naileditdevelopments@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund.

Exceptions

• Any custom products are non returnable.  Such as stained or painted products according to the colour requested by the customer.
