Why Nailed It

Renovation is equal parts design, construction, logistics, and trust. We treat every part as seriously as the finish.

The work you notice starts with the planning you don’t.

We build the invisible parts correctly: scope, protection, waterproofing, structure, ventilation, scheduling, permits, and trade coordination. That discipline is what makes the final room feel effortless.

“We are pleased to endorse and recommend Nailed it Developments for your next residential project. Ashton and Richard along with their crews did a wonderful job of our extensive renovation. Our major parts of the reno included two full bathrooms, and a complete kitchen. Two bedrooms and living areas were updated as well. Their staff led by Evan and Alex demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and a strong commitment to quality. They provided a detailed project plan and maintained transparency about costs throughout the process. Their attention to detail and dealing with subtrades was comforting. They were extremely accommodating considering we lived in the house as the project was done. Without them we could not have accomplished this project. Thanks again, Carson and Liz”

“Nailed It renovated all 3 of our bathrooms including a substantial overhaul to our master bath. They did a fantastic job- from helping guide choices, keeping the house as tidy as possible (especially during demo) and communicating clearly we are very satisfied. The final result is great. Special thanks to Evan who led our project. It is clear they care about customer satisfaction throughout the job. Thank you!”

“From my first conversation with Ashton to my final walk-through of our completed kitchen renovation with Alex and Richard, all I have is gratitude. After deciding to stay in our home of 24 years, we knew it was time. Pretty nervous to begin this process as we heard a multitude of negative experiences of renovations over the years. Ashton spent many weeks speaking with me over telephone, in person and text. Explaining every step of the process, helping me make decisions and answering my many questions. Once the renovation began, we met Alex. There was not a single thing I had to be concerned about. Alex’s attention to detail and amazing communication, let me rest easy. Every trade professional that came into our home was clearly at the top of their game. It was obvious that Nailed It spent much time choosing the people they would work with and bring into their client’s homes. We will definitely be reaching out to Nailed It again for future renovations. Thank you all so very much for not just being good at what you do but for caring about what you do.”

“A BIG shout out to Nailed It for renovating our two bathrooms. The team was fantastic to deal with, super polite and very talented at what they do. The tile work was beautiful and our new shower and bathtub are superb. Nailed It helped us plan the bathrooms we wanted and communicated through out the job. We were out of the country as the renovations were being done and daily pictures and daily reports kept us up to date with the progress. I would recommend Nailed It to anyone doing a renovation and like us will be wowed. Thank you guys! Jay and Jeanette”

Practical answers

Before you start a renovation

Clear answers to the questions homeowners ask first. Each service page covers the details that apply to that type of project.

Where does Nailed It Developments work?

We are based in Kelowna and complete renovations across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Penticton, and surrounding Okanagan communities. Project fit depends on scope, timing, and location, so the best first step is a short conversation with our team.

What types of renovation projects do you take on?

Our core work includes kitchens, bathrooms, full-home updates, finished basements, legal secondary suites, and commercial tenant improvements. We are best suited to projects that need coordinated trades, clear planning, and accountable project management from initial scope through final walkthrough.

Do you manage permits and inspections?

Yes. When a project requires permits, drawings, engineering, or staged inspections, we define those requirements during planning and coordinate the process. Cosmetic work may not need a building permit, while structural, plumbing, electrical, and secondary-suite work often does.

How do we get an accurate renovation price?

Accurate pricing starts with the existing space, desired finish level, scope, and site conditions. We begin with a consultation, then document the work and selections before presenting a detailed quote. Our cost guide can help you understand the major budget drivers before that conversation.

Start with the space

Let’s plan it properly.

Tell us what is not working, what you want the room to become, and where the project is located. We’ll help you define the next sensible step.
